2019

I was part of Subway’s Studio S team during a period when menu systems were rapidly evolving. Early projects focused on translite menu systems, printed promotional signage, and regional menu variations. As the brand shifted toward digital platforms, the work expanded into LCD menu panels and early digital menu board systems.

Our team was responsible for developing and adapting menu systems across a wide range of restaurant layouts and hardware conditions. Many projects required custom menu development to support different store configurations, technologies, and rollout phases while still maintaining a cohesive customer experience.

Depending on the project, the base creative was developed by agency partners or by our internal teams. My role focused on helping bring those custom menu systems to life in a polished and production-ready way across both print and digital environments.
